Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Feet & Toes.

Most clients need 4–8 sessions spaced four to eight weeks apart, depending on hair thickness, growth cycle, and skin tone. We tailor recommendations during a consultation to achieve optimal, lasting reduction for the tops of feet and toes.

Most people report mild discomfort similar to a light snapping sensation. We use cooling gels and adjustable settings to maximize comfort. Numbing topical cream is available for extra sensitivity on toes or if requested during your appointment.

Risks are minimal when performed by trained professionals: temporary redness, slight swelling, or mild pigmentation changes. Rarely blistering occurs. We assess skin type and medical history beforehand and provide aftercare instructions to reduce complications.

Avoid waxing or plucking for at least six weeks before treatment; shaving is allowed the day prior. Keep the area clean, avoid tanning, and disclose medications or recent procedures during your consultation for safe, effective laser settings.

Advances in laser technology allow many skin tones to be treated safely. Effectiveness varies with hair color and contrast. We perform a skin assessment during consultation to choose the appropriate laser and parameters for safe and effective results.

Keep treated skin clean and protected from sun for at least two weeks. Use gentle moisturizers, avoid hot baths and exfoliation for a few days, and follow any prescribed topical care. Contact us if unusual symptoms occur.
