Most clients require 6 to 8 sessions spaced four to eight weeks apart, depending on hair thickness, color, and skin type. Our technicians assess your needs during a consultation and create a personalized treatment plan for optimal results.

Discomfort is minimal for most people; patients describe it as brief snapping or warming sensations. We use cooling and adjustable settings to maximize comfort. Communicate with your technician and we'll adapt parameters to keep sessions comfortable and effective.

Temporary redness, mild swelling, or follicular irritation can occur but usually resolve within hours to a few days. Rare complications include blistering or pigment changes; pre-treatment screening and proper aftercare minimize risks and ensure safe healing.

Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least two weeks, and stop plucking or waxing the shoulder area prior to treatment. Shave the area 24 hours before your appointment and disclose medications or skin concerns during consultation.

Modern lasers are effective across many skin tones and hair colors, though dark, coarse hair responds best. Lighter or fine hair may need more sessions or different technologies. We'll recommend the ideal device and settings after assessing your hair and skin.

You will notice progressive reduction after the first few treatments, with most clients achieving substantial permanent reduction after the full recommended series. Maintenance touch-ups once or twice a year may be suggested, depending on individual hair regrowth patterns.
