For most clients, every two to four weeks is ideal to maintain smooth, radiant skin without over-exfoliating. Frequency depends on skin type, sensitivity, and other treatments—your therapist will recommend a personalized plan during consultation.

Avoid immediate tanning after exfoliation; wait at least 24–48 hours before sun exposure or spray tan. For waxing, schedule scrubs a few days prior to loosen dead skin, but avoid scrubbing within 24 hours after waxing to prevent irritation.
