Yes. Our therapists are trained in pregnancy-safe techniques and adapt positioning and pressure to each trimester. We avoid contraindicated areas and consult with your provider when needed. Inform us of complications like preeclampsia or high-risk conditions before booking.

A 60-minute session focuses on comfort: side-lying positioning, supportive bolsters, gentle strokes, and targeted relief for back, hips, and legs. Therapists check comfort and pressure frequently and provide aftercare tips to prolong benefits and reduce soreness.

If you have pregnancy complications, recent bleeding, or a high-risk pregnancy, consult your obstetrician before booking. For uncomplicated pregnancies, massage is generally safe, but we still review your medical history at arrival.

Many clients experience immediate relief lasting several days; frequency depends on individual needs, activity level, and pregnancy changes. Weekly or biweekly sessions can maintain comfort, while home stretches and hydration help prolong results between appointments.

We welcome supportive partners in our waiting area, but for safety and space during the session, treatment rooms are private. We can accommodate brief introductions pre- or post-session and share ways partners can assist at home.

Tell us about your due date, any pregnancy complications, recent surgeries, blood clots, hypertension, or medications. This helps therapists tailor safety measures. If in doubt, obtain your provider's clearance and bring medical notes to ensure appropriate, comfortable care.
