Most appointments last 10–20 minutes. Consultation and aftercare included, so expect 20–30 minutes for first visits. Timing varies with additional services or detailed shaping requests.

Mild redness or sensitivity is normal and typically fades within a few hours. We use soothing post-wax balms and recommend avoiding heat, sun, and harsh products for 24–48 hours.

Come with clean, makeup-free brows and avoid topical retinoids or exfoliants for at least 48 hours. Inform your technician of any medications and allow about 1/4 inch hair length for best results.

Most clients return every 3–6 weeks depending on hair growth and desired shape. Regular waxing can reduce regrowth and simplify maintenance. We’ll recommend a personalized schedule during your visit.

Some acne medications like topical retinoids or oral isotretinoin increase skin sensitivity and risk. Tell us what you’re using; we may suggest a patch test, alternative hair removal, or postponing the service.

Avoid heavy makeup, sun exposure, hot showers, saunas, and strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours. Apply soothing gel or aloe, keep the area clean, and avoid touching or exfoliating freshly waxed skin.
